Lynn Hoyland, MA, LMFT Licensed in Arizona and Colorado; registered to provide telehealth in Florida

Lynn Hoyland, LMFT, is a therapist for women and couples — with over 38 years of clinical experience, I’ve supported individuals and families across the lifespan, from teens and young adults to adults and couples. This page offers a deeper look at my background and approach, including 18 years in psychiatric hospital settings with adolescents and 25 years in private practice helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, relational challenges, and personal growth.
Over 38 years of professional experience. 35 years in personal recovery.
Today, I offer therapy not only for teens and young adults, but also for individual women and couples — providing a grounded, compassionate space to explore, heal, and grow. I bring not only clinical expertise, but lived experience and deep compassion for those doing that work.
With more than three decades in personal recovery, I understand the courage it takes to face painful truths, rebuild trust, and grow from the inside out.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support women working through self-doubt, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and long-standing relational patterns — and I work with couples seeking deeper connection, better communication, or healing after a rupture. Whether you’re navigating individual challenges or relationship strain, therapy offers a path toward clarity, confidence, and reconnection.
